  • Is registration mandatory to shop on

    No, It isn't a compulsion for you to register to shop. You can simply choose to shop with us as a guest. Registration helps us know your choices for better so that we can serve you the best. But indeed it is not necessary.

  • After placing the order, what else do I need to do?

    Nothing. Just sit back and relax. After you have made the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail stating your order number and details.

  • If the order received is damaged physically, what should I do?

    Click pictures of the delivered product. Send an e-mail at with attached pictures, order number and delivery date. An appropriate action will be taken by our team within the next 24 working hours on receiving the request.

  • I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

    Don't worry, it must be on its way to you! There might be some unforeseen circumstances delaying the order. You can simply click TRACK ORDER at the top of the page anytime to check the current status of your order.

  • When and how can I cancel my order?

    Follow these steps to cancel your order:

      1.   •Log into your account.
      1.   •Go to My Orders.
      1.   •Click on the cancel button.

    But make sure you cancel the order when it is in Pending State.

  • How much time it takes to get refund money after the cancellation of my order?

    It takes 7 to 15 working days to complete your refund request. The amount is credited to the same account, which was used to make the payment. Refund amount can also be stored as UbrosKart Money (UK Money, and can be used for future purchase at If, the payment made through Cash On Delivery(COD), then the refund will be credited through NEFT to your bank account.

    For NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

      1.   •Account Holder Name.
      1.   •Bank Account Number.
      1.   •Branch Address.
      1.   •IFSC Code.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping and delivery of my order?

    Not always! Shipping and Delivery charges are based on individual products and the total payable amount. Each time you make a purchase, these charges are displayed on the checkout page. For example, if the product is eligible for free delivery and shipping, ₹0 is mentioned for the same. There are no hidden costs.
